Over dinner in Milan, a select group of supply chain and manufacturing operations leaders will discuss how to protect on-time delivery when the plan stops matching reality: late supplier deliveries, capacity constraints, quality holds and demand shifts that arrive daily and force decisions in hours, not weeks.
The roundtable is co-organized with Angela Qu, former CPO of Lufthansa Group and former CSCO of Iveco Group, who brings a practitioner's view on keeping delivery commitments in complex, volatile industrial environments.
Invite-only and off the record, with executive and board-level peers, on delivery performance, operational decision-making and AI.
Agenda
The conversation will center on three themes:
- The 0-90 day horizon is where OTD is won or lost: S&OP sets the direction, but delivery performance is decided in the short term. Seeing, prioritizing and acting on execution risks before they become late deliveries.
- Deciding under volatility on legacy stacks: moving beyond disconnected spreadsheets and manual firefighting toward early shortage detection, quantified impact on customer commitments, and faster trade-offs between supply, production and sales.
- AI as the accelerator, not the strategy: shortening the time from signal to decision, while keeping humans in the loop where judgment and accountability matter most.
