  • Deciding under volatility on legacy systems. Moving from disconnected spreadsheets and daily firefighting to early shortage detection, quantified customer impact, and faster trade-offs across supply, production, and sales.
  • AI as the accelerator. Shortening the time from signal to decision, while people stay in the loop where judgment and accountability matter.
