We power the people who keep complex manufacturing moving

Imagine a supply chain without blind spots

In complex production environments, plans break when disruptions outpace team alignment. Missing components, late work orders, quality holds, and shifting priorities widen the gap between what the plan assumes and what the line can actually run.

Pelico exists to eliminate those blind spots and keep execution aligned as conditions change.

What closing the execution gap requires

Closing the execution gap in complex manufacturing is not about adding more tools, reporting, or planning. It requires orchestration around what is actually happening on the ground.
It’s about teams seeing the same issue at the same time, understanding the impact, and coordinating decisions in real time so execution moves together instead of too late.
At Pelico, this belief shapes everything we build and how we work.

Execution aligned with reality is not an aspiration. It is a requirement.

Inspired by a modern manufacturing dilemma

Pelico was founded in 2019 by a team with deep expertise in AI, enterprise software and industrial operations. We set out to solve a simple but persistent question.

  • ‍How can a single late part halt a billion-dollar program?

The answer was not more planning, dashboards, or disconnected tools. It was better orchestration—connecting data, teams, and decisions so manufacturers can act earlier, align faster, and protect flow at scale.

Since then, Pelico has remained grounded in its operational roots, partnering with leading manufacturers across aerospace and defense, industrial equipment, luxury, and transportation systems.

Operational DNA

Pelico is built and run by people who have lived factory-floor realities and supply chain complexity firsthand. That experience shapes how we work and how we partner with customers.

During deployments, Pelico teams embed directly with operations, working alongside production, planning, and supply chain leaders to ensure rapid time to value and durable impact.

All our customer operations team members are APICS-certified.

AI-native

AI is foundational to how Pelico thinks, builds, and operates. We believe modern manufacturing needs systems that support people making decisions under pressure. Our AI is built to augment those people and help teams act with confidence as conditions change.

Manufacturing that runs with confidence

Manufacturing should operate with confidence, not constant tension. We are building a future where execution is guided by systems that anticipate disruption, make trade-offs clear, and keep teams aligned in real time. Where performance is stable by design — not reliant on heroics when plans break. This is the future we are building toward.

Leadership

Pelico is led by experienced operators, engineers, and technologists who have built, deployed, and scaled complex systems in environments where execution matters.
